Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh backfin crabmeat picked
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • - salt and white pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sherry/wine
  • pinch seafood seasoning
  • dash paprika
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • - toasted almonds
  • - crackers

How To Make chafing dish crab dip

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve in chafing dish with crackers. Serves 10-12
