- 3 tablespoons sherry/wine
- pinch seafood seasoning
- dash paprika
- dash hot pepper sauce
- - toasted almonds
- - crackers

Step 1Combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve in chafing dish with crackers. Serves 10-12
