Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    fresh backfin crabmeat picked
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    sherry/wine
  • pinch
    seafood seasoning
  • dash
    paprika
  • dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • toasted almonds
  • crackers

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve in chafing dish with crackers. Serves 10-12
