Simple and fast to make, not much of a mess, taste so good.

Ingredients

  • package imitation crabmeat
  • small shrimp
  • bunch celantro
  • large 2 rather firm tomato's , cherry tomatos are rather tastie
  • - fresh lemon a couple of them
  • - a few slices of jalepino pepper to your liking
  • - a small amount of sea salt to taste

How To Make ceviche.. for the holidays..

  • Step 1
    Just simple mix all ingredients into a bowl , but dice tomato's and celantro rather small , squeeze fresh lemon juice to your tasting and sea salt service with dorito's or tortilla chips fresh cooked in oil.. your can also add tapateo for a kick back
