cajun style shrimp dip
The pic is of the shrimp dip on toasted crostini bread & a cucumber slice & dill. (The other half of the crostini is w/ a chicken caprese, recipe posted.) You can use canned shrimp, I presume, with great results too. Also, when I made this, I only had about 5/6 ounces of cream cheese. So, I added 2 TB of sour cream, plus about 2 TB of mayo to it & it was great.

How To Make cajun style shrimp dip
-
Step 1Make sure shrimp is well drained & dried off w/ paper towels. (I like to put mine in the fridge after it cooks for a few hours & then drain it again).
-
Step 2Just mix all these yummies together. You will want to adjust the Cajun seasoning & all other seasonings to your taste. If you don't have the exact seasonings that I used, don't worry about it! This is really easy & versatile.
-
Step 3Enjoy w/ fresh veggies, crackers, etc.
