8 oz
blue cheese, softened
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature1
1 Tbsp
chives, chopped
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
1 clove
garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c
dry white wine
2 lb
shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 slice
lemon, cut as thin as possible and halved

How to Make Blue Cheese Shrimp


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Blend, in a small bowl, blue cheese, cream cheese, chives, parsley and garlic; add wine to thin, you may not need it all.
  • 3Put 8 scallop shells, or large peices of foil on a cookie sheet. Fill the shells, or foil, with 1/8 of the cheese mixture each. Top each one with 1/8 of the shrimp and 1 piece of lemon.
  • 4Cover the shells with foil, or close the foil to for a packet. Bake on the cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Remove foil and enjoy.
