Ingredients
- 8 ounces blue cheese, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices thin slices of lemon, halved
How To Make blue cheese shrimp

Step 1Preheat 400 degrees.

Step 2Bled in a small bowl, blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley and garlic; add wine to thin. Put 8 scallop shells (or large pieces of foil) on a cookie sheet. Fill the shells or foil, with 1/8 of mixture each. Top each one with 1/8 of the shrimp and 1 pieceof lemon.

Step 3Cover the shells with foil, or close the foil packets. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
