Beer Lovers Shrimp
*If possible, AVOID shrimp that has been peeled and deveined before freezing. It can cause a loss of flavor and texture (shells will help to protect the meat of the shrimp and add more flavor to it).
We eat it without deveining.
How to Make Beer Lovers Shrimp
- 1Using 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil, make a bowl for shrimp. Pour beer over shrimp. Add juice from lemon and Old Bay Seasoning
- 2Seal bowl by wrapping aluminum foil completely around shrimp.
- 3Cook on grill about ½ hr at an average temperature of 350 degrees.
