Ingredients
- 2 cups beer
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1 - bay leaf
- 3 - peppercorns
- 2 - celery ribs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 - lemons, quartered
- 2 pounds shrimp, cleaned and deveined
How To Make beer-boiled shrimp

Step 1Pour beer in large pot and add onion, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns, celery and salt.

Step 2Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Add lemon and shrimp to beer.

Step 4Simmer 12 minutes.

Step 5Remove from heat, let cool, and drain.

Step 6Peel off shells and chill well.
