Shrimp in a buttery beer Creole sauce with lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1/2 cup lager beer
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • parsley, for garnish

How To Make bbq shrimp

  • Step 1
    Place 4 Tbsp of butter in a large pan. Add the shrimp and Creole seasoning. Cook about 1 minute per side.
  • Step 2
    Add the lemon juice, beer, Worcestershire, and thyme. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
