Ingredients For baked shrimp toast

  • 2
    spring onions
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 dash
    cayenne
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1/2 lb
    raw shrimp shelled
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    sherry (optional)

How To Make baked shrimp toast

  • 1
    Pulse ingredients in food processor until mixed
  • 2
    Add egg and sherry
  • 3
    Pulse until egg white foams..about 5 seconds
  • 4
    Add shrimp and pulse until pasty.

    Spread onto butter bread on both sides. Place onto a lightly greased pan. These will stick otherwise

    Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot
