Ingredients
- 2 - spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 dashes cayenne
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp shelled
- 1 - egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sherry (optional)
How To Make baked shrimp toast

Step 1Pulse ingredients in food processor until mixed

Step 2Add egg and sherry

Step 3Pulse until egg white foams..about 5 seconds

Step 4Add shrimp and pulse until pasty.

Step 5Spread onto butter bread on both sides. Place onto a lightly greased pan. These will stick otherwise

Step 6Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot
