Ingredients

  • 2
    spring onions
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 dash(es)
    cayenne
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper
  • 1/2 lb
    raw shrimp shelled
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    sherry (optional)

How to Make Baked Shrimp Toast

Step-by-Step

  1. Pulse ingredients in food processor until mixed
  2. Add egg and sherry
  3. Pulse until egg white foams..about 5 seconds
  4. Add shrimp and pulse until pasty.
  5. Spread onto butter bread on both sides. Place onto a lightly greased pan. These will stick otherwise
  6. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot
