Ingredients

spring onions
1 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
water chestnuts
1 1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
cornstarch
2 dash(es)
cayenne
1 dash(es)
pepper
1/2 lb
raw shrimp shelled
1
egg white
1 1/2 tsp
sherry (optional)

How to Make Baked Shrimp Toast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pulse ingredients in food processor until mixed
  • 2Add egg and sherry
  • 3Pulse until egg white foams..about 5 seconds
  • 4Add shrimp and pulse until pasty.
  • 5Spread onto butter bread on both sides. Place onto a lightly greased pan. These will stick otherwise
  • 6Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot
