butter, melted
1 1/2 lb
bay scallops
1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
garlic, minced
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Baked Bay Scallops


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour melted butter into a casserole dish. Distribute butter and scallops evenly inside the dish.
  • 2Combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.
  • 3Bake in pre-heated oven until scallops are firm, about 20 minutes.
