Ingredients
- 2 - live or dead lobsters
- 1 package bacon of choice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
How To Make bacon wrapped lobster tails

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'F

Step 2If using live lobsters, break off tail, claws and legs (while alive). Set aside claws and legs for other uses.

Step 3Carefully cut through the underside of the tail, all the way to the end. Carefully peel away the shell.

Step 4Season tail with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5Wrap tails in bacon, securing with tooth picks if necessary.

Step 6Bake at 350'f for 15 min, in the middle of the oven.

Step 7Move rack to 4 inches from the top, broil on high till bacon browns and crisps.

Step 8Drizzle with garlic butter if desired and serve.
