Needed to use a ripe avocado...added it to my favorite dill sauce. Everyone likes the avocado sauce better than the original.

How to Make Avocado Dill Sauce for Shrimp


  1. Place sour cream, avocado, minced onion, celery seed and garlic powder in blender. Blend until creamy.
  2. Place in small bowl. Stir in chopped fresh dill OR 1/2 tsp. dried dill.
  3. Chill. If over 2 hours, you may need to stir before using.
