    amberjack fillets, sushi-grade
  • ·
    soy sauce, for dipping
  • ·
    wasabi, for dipping
  • ·
    pickled ginger, as an accompaniment
  • ·
    mizuna, or other decorative greens for garnish

How to Make Amberjack Sashimi

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice amberjack fillets on the bias into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  2. Serve on a plate, arranged decoratively with accompaniments and garnishes alongside.
