Ingredients
- WONTON CHIPS
- 49 wonton wrappers
- oil for deep frying
- salt
- TUNA POKE
- 1 pound sushi grade Ahi Tuna cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/4 dash green onions sliced
- MANGO SALAD
- 1 cup fresh mango diced
- 1/3 cup green onion sliced
- 1 large avocado sliced
- SRIRACHA MAYO
- 4 teaspoons Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
How To Make ahi tuna poke & mango nachos

Step 1For the Tuna Poke. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2Mix the Kewpie mayo and Sriracha together and set aside.

Step 3Bring a pot of peanut oil to 350 degrees. Cut the wonton wrappers in half to make two triangles. Fry in batches until browned.

Step 4Throw the wonton chips on a plate. Top with the Tuna poke then the mango, green onions and avocado Drizzle with the mayo
