Ingredients

  • WONTON CHIPS
  • 49 wonton wrappers
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt
  • TUNA POKE
  • 1 pound sushi grade Ahi Tuna cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1/4 dash green onions sliced
  • MANGO SALAD
  • 1 cup fresh mango diced
  • 1/3 cup green onion sliced
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • SRIRACHA MAYO
  • 4 teaspoons Kewpie Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

How To Make ahi tuna poke & mango nachos

  • Step 1
    For the Tuna Poke. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix the Kewpie mayo and Sriracha together and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Bring a pot of peanut oil to 350 degrees. Cut the wonton wrappers in half to make two triangles. Fry in batches until browned.
  • Step 4
    Throw the wonton chips on a plate. Top with the Tuna poke then the mango, green onions and avocado Drizzle with the mayo
