Ingredients For two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas

12flour tortillas
-
2 crotisserie chicken, deboned

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 cMonterey Jack cheese, shredded
-
1/4 cpickled jalapeno slices
-
ranch dressing, drizzle
-
4 slicecooked bacon
-
butter or margarine
How To Make two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas

1Spread out tortillas on a baking pan with 1/2 of each tortilla hanging over the edge of the pan. The entire bottom of the an should be covered. The number of tortillas needed will depend upon the size of the pan.

2Spread out shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the quesadillas.

3Add cheddar cheese.

4Add Monterey Jack cheese.

5Add jalapenos. As many or as few as you like.

6Drizzle ranch dressing on top. Measure with your heart.

7Add crumbled bacon.

8Add two more tortillas to the middle of the pan and close up all of the other tortillas around the perimeter of the pan.

9Spread just a bit of butter on the tortillas.

10Place a second pan on top.

11Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove the pan and continue to cook for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly browned.

12Cut into triangles with pizza cutter.
