two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas
This is pretty close to one of our favorites at Chili's!

Ingredients
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, deboned
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices
- ranch dressing, drizzle
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- butter or margarine
How To Make two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas

Step 1Spread out tortillas on a baking pan with 1/2 of each tortilla hanging over the edge of the pan. The entire bottom of the an should be covered. The number of tortillas needed will depend upon the size of the pan.

Step 2Spread out shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the quesadillas.

Step 3Add cheddar cheese.

Step 4Add Monterey Jack cheese.

Step 5Add jalapenos. As many or as few as you like.

Step 6Drizzle ranch dressing on top. Measure with your heart.

Step 7Add crumbled bacon.

Step 8Add two more tortillas to the middle of the pan and close up all of the other tortillas around the perimeter of the pan.

Step 9Spread just a bit of butter on the tortillas.

Step 10Place a second pan on top.

Step 11Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove the pan and continue to cook for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly browned.

Step 12Cut into triangles with pizza cutter.
