Ingredients For two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas

  • 12
    flour tortillas
  • 2 c
    rotisserie chicken, deboned
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    pickled jalapeno slices
  • ranch dressing, drizzle
  • 4 slice
    cooked bacon
  • butter or margarine

How To Make two pan chicken bacon ranch quesadillas

    Spread out tortillas on a baking pan with 1/2 of each tortilla hanging over the edge of the pan. The entire bottom of the an should be covered. The number of tortillas needed will depend upon the size of the pan.

    Spread out shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the quesadillas.

    Add cheddar cheese.

    Add Monterey Jack cheese.
  • 5
    Add jalapenos. As many or as few as you like.

    Drizzle ranch dressing on top. Measure with your heart.

    Add crumbled bacon.

    Add two more tortillas to the middle of the pan and close up all of the other tortillas around the perimeter of the pan.

    Spread just a bit of butter on the tortillas.

    Place a second pan on top.
  • Great food for a football watch party!

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove the pan and continue to cook for about 10 minutes or until they are slightly browned.

    Cut into triangles with pizza cutter.
