- eggs, hard boiled
- mayo, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make True Deviled Eggs
- 1Boil eggs and leave it to cool in cold water. Peel the eggs and slice in half length wise empty the yolk out into a bowl and mix in the other ingredients to taste. If you are worried about the presentation take the yolk mix and put into a pastry decorating bag and put the mix back into the egg whites that way.
