true deviled eggs

When I was stationed on a ship, I was cranking in the mess decks and I made this and they went quick. I made ones without the hot sauce, but they didn't go as quickly. Deviled eggs with the kick behind it. Be warned, the mayo especially, it hides the kick of the hot sauce,but it comes right behind it.

Ingredients

  • - eggs, hard boiled
  • - mayo, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make true deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Boil eggs and leave it to cool in cold water. Peel the eggs and slice in half length wise empty the yolk out into a bowl and mix in the other ingredients to taste. If you are worried about the presentation take the yolk mix and put into a pastry decorating bag and put the mix back into the egg whites that way.
