Ingredients

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp
  • 1/3 cup honey

How To Make thai style wings

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients and add the wings. Let marinate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the wings in a single layer. Brush with the marinade and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Place the wings under the broiler and broil for a couple of minutes on both sides to brown and crisp up.
