Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 1/3 cup honey
How To Make thai style wings

Step 1Mix all ingredients and add the wings. Let marinate overnight.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the wings in a single layer. Brush with the marinade and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 3Place the wings under the broiler and broil for a couple of minutes on both sides to brown and crisp up.
