Notes from the Test Kitchen: Sporty Snack Showdown Contest Runner-Up!
These wonderful bites were gobbled up so quickly that we hardly had time to take a picture! The combo of wing sauce, brown sugar and chili powder is simply marvelous.
1Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and clean the chicken breast. Pat dry. Now cut into bite size pieces about 1" cubes. Place in a bag, add the chicken wing sauce, close bag. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2Remove the chicken and wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick.
Now mix the brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a pie plate and mix together.
3Roll the bacon wrapped chicken in the sugar mix on all sides.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
