Just "unearthed" or refound an old recipe from my Colorado days in the late 1980s. Before chicken wings were an everyday and wildly popular appetizer, there was this simple recipe that used to wow my friends and neighbors. So simple and decadently yummy. The two ingredients are surprising.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 24 pieces skinless chicken drumettes
How To Make sweet and easy chicken drumettes

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease or spray with oil a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Place the 24 (or so) skinless drummettes in the pan. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar until smooth.

Step 3Pour the soy/brown sugar mixture over them. Cover them well with the sauce.

Step 4Put into the oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours.

Step 5Place drummettes on a serving plate and devour!
