    chicken wings
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    blacked seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika, smoked
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika, hot
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika, sweet
  • 2 tsp
    celery salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp
    oregeno, dried

How to Make Spicy Blackened Garlic oven cooked wings


  1. Mix all blackened seasoning together in a spice canister and set aside.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with spray or line with parchment or foil.
  3. In large bowl, add wings, olive oil, 2 tbsp. blackened seasoning, toss to coat wings
  4. Place wings on prepared sheet and sprinkle each with the remaining 1 tbsp. blackened seasoning.
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or longer until skins becomes crispy. Turn over once during cooking time.
