Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings tips removed and cut into 2 pieces
- salt, pepper and cornstarch for dredging
- oil for frying
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup each soy sauce and brown sugar
- 1/4 cup each mirin and sake
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- toasted sesame seeds
How To Make sesame chicken wings

Step 1Mix the cornstarch with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken wings. in the mixture and cook in 350 degree hot oil for about 5 to 8 minutes. Depending on the size of the wings.

Step 2To make the sauce mix the soy sauce brown sugar, mirin , sake and garlic in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes until thickened.

Step 3Toss the fried wings in the sauce and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the wings.
