How to Make Rumaki
- Fold each piece of liver around a water chestnut
- Wrap with half a slice of bacon and fasten with a wooden toothpick
- Mix together the remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl and marinate the chicken livers for 2 hours turning occasionally.
- Place each chicken liver on a rack in a shallow pan 4 -5 inches from heat and broil for 5 to 7 minutes turning once.
- Serve hot with chinese mustard
