WHEN I WAS LITTLE MOM HAD A JAR OF THESE IN THE FRIDGE. WHEN EASTER CAME AND WE WERE SICK OF EATING OUR COLORED EGGS, MOM WOULD OPEN A COUPLE CANS OF BEETS AND PEEL THE EGGS. I JUST REMEMBER IT WAS HARD TO WAIT THE COUPLE DAYS TILL THEY WERE PICKLED.

    PLACE EGGS IN JARS, POUR BEET JUICE OVER THE EGGS AND PLACE LID ON JAR. THE LONGER THEY SIT THE BETTER THEY ARE.
