Ingredients
- FOR THE WINGS
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups flour
- oil for deep frying
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts for garnish
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 cup coconut milk
- water as needed
- salt and pepper
How To Make peanut butter and jelly chicken wings

Step 1Place the wings on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a paper bag. Add the wings in batches in the bag and coat them with flour shaking off excess and place back on the baking pan. Let sit at room temp for 2 hours.

Step 2To make the sauce. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except water, salt and pepper. Cook bringing the sauce to a simmer. Use the water to loosen it up a bit. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Bring the oil to 360 degrees. Cook the wings in batches for 10 to 12 minutes. lay on paper towels then shake them in the sauce. Garnish with the peanuts
