I make Pat'e with liverwourset or chicken livers. I serve it when I have co. and they love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken livers cooked
  • 2 tablespoons anchovies paste
  • 1/4 cup onions cooked minced
  • 5 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked celery minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chicken base

How To Make pat'e

  • Step 1
    Grind liver or smash with a fork then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a football or any shape you desire. Chill 2 hours.
