I make Pat'e with liverwourset or chicken livers.
I serve it when I have co. and they love it.

1 lb
chicken livers cooked
2 Tbsp
anchovies paste
1/4 c
onions cooked minced
5 oz
softened cream cheese
1/4 c
cooked celery minced
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp
chicken base

How to Make Pat'e


  • 1Grind liver or smash with a fork then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a football or any shape you desire. Chill 2 hours.
