Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings split
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- - barbecue sauce (your favorite)
How To Make oven fried chicken wings

Step 1Preheat oven to 400° Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place flour,corn meal, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Drop a few chicken wings and a time in bag shake to coat and then shake off excess flour. Place chicken on aluminum foil. Continue till you have coated all the wings.

Step 2Place in oven for 10-15 minutes check wings if coating is crispy turn over and cook for same amount of time. Remove wings went completely cooked.

Step 3In a large bowl place wings and then pour over your favorite barbeque sauce toss to coat.
