oven baked sesame chicken wings
Did I mention I LOVE wings!!??? Probably as I have posted several of my huge collection of wing recipes. This is very good and not as fattening as some of my others although I bake my wings... never deep fry.

Ingredients
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make oven baked sesame chicken wings

Step 1Separate wings into 3 if desired...discard tips. Combine all ingredients except butter. Dip wings in melted butter ; roll in bread crumb mixture. Coat completely. Arrange meaty side down on a a well greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, turn and bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden.

Step 2Serve with tomato salsa or sour cream. I really like the 3 cheese Ranch dressing with ALL my wings!!! NOTE: You can substitute 1/2 cup of buttermilk for the butter for fewer calories
