nor's baked hot wings
I wanted to come up with a recipe for a medium hot wing. I added in some agave to the mix. They were a hit on Super Bowl Sunday. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup butter, chopped
- 3/4 cup Frank's original red hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing for serving
How To Make nor's baked hot wings

Step 1If you didn't buy your wings already cut. Cut wing tips off at joint. Discard the tips. Cut second time at the other joint. You'll have two pieces.

Step 2Heat oven to 500°.

Step 3Place wings on a rack. Place rack on top of foil lined sheet pan.

Step 4Place in oven and bake until crispy on top. Flip wings over and crisp till nice and brown and crispy

Step 5While the wings are baking, place chopped butter in a saucepan. Heat and low to melt butter.

Step 6Remove butter from heat. Add in the hot sauce, Agave, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Keep sauce warm.

Step 7Remove wings from oven. Move wings to a bowl. Pour hot sauce over the wings Toss well to coat all sides.

Step 8Place wings on a platter. Serve with blue cheese dressing of choice.
