  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2
    inch ginger root, crushed or 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 lb
    chicken breast, boneless, cut into bite sized pieces

How to Make Lemon Teriyaki Chicken Skewers


  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, best over night. Soak wooden skewers in water for one hour. thread chicken pieces onto skewers. Broil or BBQ until cooked through. Enjoy.
