Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 - inch ginger root, crushed or 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, cut into bite sized pieces

How To Make lemon teriyaki chicken skewers

  • Step 1
    Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, best over night. Soak wooden skewers in water for one hour. thread chicken pieces onto skewers. Broil or BBQ until cooked through. Enjoy.
