- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, cut into bite sized pieces

Step 1Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours, best over night. Soak wooden skewers in water for one hour. thread chicken pieces onto skewers. Broil or BBQ until cooked through. Enjoy.
