hot honey crunchy wings with garlic aioli
These wings situation are super crunchy. I served them with store bought garlic aioli but it would of been better if I made my own.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 bunch scallions chopped
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- water
- oil for frying
How To Make hot honey crunchy wings with garlic aioli

Step 1In a large bowl combine the hoisin sauce, eggs, sugar, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, flour, cornstarch, and glutinous rice flour. Mix with a little water to make it a thick batter not runny but loose enough to stick the wings. Place the wings in the batter and mix well.

Step 2Place in fridge and let marinate over night or at least 4 hours. Heat oil to 300 degrees. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Step 3Deep fry the wings in batches until browned well. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve with garlic aioli.
