- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 pound chicken hearts, trimmed
- 2 scallions, dark green parts only
- hoisin sauce, for drizzling
How To Make grilled chicken hearts

Step 1Mix the soy sauce, pepper, garlic, and ginger together. Add the chicken hearts and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2Skewer the chicken hearts and place on a hot grill. Brush with the marinade and cook about 5 minutes, turning to get all sides browned.
