Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken hearts, cleaned and trimmed
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet bean paste
- 1 teaspoon fermented bean paste
- 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- microgreens, for garnish
How To Make grilled asian style chicken hearts

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours

Step 2Fire up the grill. Remove the hearts from the marinade. Reserve the marinade to brush on the hearts while grilling. Place the hearts on soaked wooded skewers. Grill brushing with the marinade for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with garnish or eat right off the skewers
