    eggs roll wrappers
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked and chopped chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    or a little more sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1
    egg beaten its for coating the rape
  • 4 c
    cabbage shredded
  • 4 oz
  • 1 large
    carrots shredded (1 cup)
  • 1 c
    chopped onions
  • 1
    egg whipped for sealing wraps
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce mixed with the soy sauce
  • ·
    a little flour to thicken

How to Make Ginger Chicken egg Rolls


  1. Saute the carrots, onions, and the cabbage until tender add the add the chicken and mix well. place wrapper on table and brush the wrapper with egg and place 1 ounce of the mix and wrap. Deep fry until it starts to seal and the wrap is hard. Cool the egg rolls , then freeze.
  2. Did you know that if you mix 1 part Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 part Soy sauce, it makes Teriyaki sauce
