Finger Lickin' Wings

This is my eyeballed version of a recipe I saw on Everyday Italian... It's a little different and delicious!

4 lbs chicken wings
1-2 tblspoon ginger sliced
4 cloves garlic sliced
1/8 cup balsamic vinager
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
5 or 6 tblspoon honey
3 green onion sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil


1put chicken wings in gallon size bags or in dish to marinate
2mix all other ingredients well until sugar and honey is disolved
3pour marinade over chicken and let sit... Best if it sits for over night but can go up to two days
4cook wings on grill or in oven until cooked through
5you could also save the marinade... boil it down and make a syrupy sauce to coat the wings in when they are done...
