Ingredients

  • 20
    chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c
    sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1.5 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Do-Ahead Sesame Chicken Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Separate chicken wings at joints; discard tips.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon margarine in each of 2 rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches.
  3. Mix baking mix, sesame seed, paprika, mustard and salt.
  4. Beat eggs and milk with fork.
  5. Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture.
  6. Arrange close together in pans; cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours (or bake immediately).
  7. Heat oven to 425.
  8. Drizzle 1/4 cup margarine over chicken; bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crisp.
