Ingredients
- 6 - hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- - paprika
How To Make deviled eggs

Step 1Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.Place yolks in a 1 qt bag. Add remaining filling ingredients. Press out air. Seal bag. Knead until yolk mixture is well blended. Push yolk mixture toward corner of bag. Snip about 1/2" off corner of bag. Squeezing bag gently, fill reserved egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill to blend flavors.
