Everything can be adjusted to taste. I don't even measure anything out anymore. They will have a touch of sweet with the pickle juice added rather than plain old egg.

Ingredients For deviled eggs

  • 12
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet pickle juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    yellow mustard

How To Make deviled eggs

  • 1
    Separate the yolks from whites. In bowl add yolks, all other ingredients and mix well, till smooth. Adjust salt&pepper to taste.

    Fill whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
