Everything can be adjusted to taste. I don't even measure anything out anymore. They will have a touch of sweet with the pickle juice added rather than plain old egg.

How to Make Deviled eggs


  1. Separate the yolks from whites. In bowl add yolks, all other ingredients and mix well, till smooth. Adjust salt&pepper to taste.
  2. Fill whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
