Vintage appetizer we all make by memory but recorded for my children. So much can be added to these. Have fun!

Stove Top

  • 8
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
  • ·
sliced olives, green w/pimiento or black

How to Make Deviled Eggs

  1. First halve your eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash your yolks with a fork and stir in mayo, pickle, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mix. With a small mound on top. I like to garnish mine with sliced olives after I sprinkle each with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I put on a deviled egg plate and cover with plastic wrap.
