8eggs, hard boiled
1 tspprepared mustard
1 1/2 Tbspsweet pickle relish
·salt and pepper
·sliced olives, green w/pimiento or black
How to Make Deviled Eggs
- First halve your eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash your yolks with a fork and stir in mayo, pickle, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mix. With a small mound on top. I like to garnish mine with sliced olives after I sprinkle each with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I put on a deviled egg plate and cover with plastic wrap.
