Ingredients
- 8 - eggs, hard boiled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- - salt and pepper
- - paprika
- - sliced olives, green w/pimiento or black
How To Make deviled eggs

Step 1First halve your eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash your yolks with a fork and stir in mayo, pickle, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Fill the egg whites with the yolk mix. With a small mound on top. I like to garnish mine with sliced olives after I sprinkle each with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I put on a deviled egg plate and cover with plastic wrap.
