Ingredients For deviled eggs

8eggs, hard boiled
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1 tspprepared mustard
-
1 1/2 Tbspsweet pickle relish
-
salt and pepper
-
paprika
-
sliced olives, green w/pimiento or black
How To Make deviled eggs

1First halve your eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl. Mash your yolks with a fork and stir in mayo, pickle, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2Fill the egg whites with the yolk mix. With a small mound on top. I like to garnish mine with sliced olives after I sprinkle each with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I put on a deviled egg plate and cover with plastic wrap.
