Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
How To Make curried chicken log with almonds

Step 1With a mixer, beat the cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder together until smooth.

Step 2Add the chicken, celery and two tbsp. of the parsley. Shape into a 9-inch log and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

Step 3Toss together the almonds and remaining parsley. Roll chicken/cream cheese log to coat.

Step 4Serve with your favorite crackers.
