How To Make crunchy onion wings
-
Step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the chicken wing out on the parchment paper and season with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
-
Step 2While the wings are coming to room temperature make the sauce. Place all the ingredients for the sauce together in a saucepan. Cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Set aside.
-
Step 3Get the peanut oil to 350 degrees. Working in batches, cook the chicken wings until done, about 5 to 7 minutes depending on their size.
-
Step 4Place the French-fried onions on a plate. Dip the wings in the sauce, then roll in the crunchy onions.
