I usually make these with my grandchildren. A little twist on chicken nuggets.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 3/4 cups crushed potato chips
1 1/4 pounds boneless chicken breasts cut into strips

How To Make crispy chicken with honey dipping sauce

Step 1

Mix mayonaise, mustard and peanut butter. Remove 1/2Cup of the mixture.

Step 2

Brush chicken strips with the 1/2 C mayo mixture, coat with crushed potato chips. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Step 3

Bake at 425 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Turn, bake an additional 4 - 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with remaining mayo mixture as a dipping sauce
