Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    chicken wings
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1
    12 oz. container cranberry-orange relish
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard

How to Make CRANBERRY-BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat broiler. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut off wing tips & throw away. Cut each wing in half at joint. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan; season with salt and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10-12 minutes or until browned, turning once. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Stir together relish, barbecue sauce, tapioca and mustard in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover; cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
