Ingredients For cowboy turkey dip

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can
    nacho cheese soup
  • 1/2 c
    pace salsa (med)
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped olives
  • 3 Tbsp
    canned chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese (reduced fat )
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped olives

How To Make cowboy turkey dip

  • 1
    Cook turkey, onions & peppers. Stir in soup, salsa, olives, chiles, oregano & pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 5 min.

    Transfer to serving dish. (I use a 10" ceramic tart pan )Sprinkle with toppings. Optional : garnish with 2 tbsp. sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
