    chicken wings
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    dry red wine
  • 1/2 c
    plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger

How To Make

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off wing tips, and halve wings at joint. Arrange wings in baking pan large enough to hold them in one layer. Heat remaining ingredients in saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over wings, covering all. Bake in oven 45 minutes. Turn over and bake another 40 minutes, or until sauce is thick and sticky. Serve!
