- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 3 - jalapenos, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 pounds chicken wings or drumettes

Step 1Combine the lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chiles in a glass or nonreactive metal bowl.

Step 2Add the chicken and turn to coat evenly.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
