I like ranch with my spicy chicken wings instead of blue cheese, and the anchovies add some Caesar-ish vibe.

Ingredients

  • WINGS AND HOT SAUCE
  • 12 wings, drumettes and flats separated
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Crystal hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • RANCH CAESAR DRESSING
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 anchovy filets, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • salt, to taste

How To Make chicken wings with caesar ranch dipping sauce

  • Step 1
Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for flavors to meld.
  • Step 2
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray. Lay the wings out in a single layer and season with salt. Bake about 20 minutes until nicely browned.
  • Step 3
While the wings are baking, make the sauce by placing all ingredients in a saucepan and cooking until well incorporated.
  • Step 4
Once the wings are done, place them in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Serve with the ranch dressing.
