Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup duck or plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
How To Make chicken satay

Step 1Trim fat from chicken thighs and cut lengthwise in half. Thread 1 strip each onto 12 (10-inch skewers.)

Step 2Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a large glass dish. Add chicken, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 3Set oven to broil. Place on broiler pan and broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat about 4-5 minutes per side or until done.

Step 4Heat marinade to boiling in a small saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Serve with chicken.
