Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts, cooked, cooled and chopped fine
- 1/2 cup craisins, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package each cocktail rye and pumpernickle breads
How To Make chicken salad tea sandwiches

Step 1Cook chicken until well done and cool.

Step 2Chop the chicken, craisins and celery. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.

Step 3Make sandwiches with the breads listed.
