  • 4 c
    cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing (bottled kind)
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 8
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 small can(s)
    chopped green chilis
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    ro-tel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 24
    flour tortillas

How to Make CHICKEN SALAD ROLL-UPS / TACOS

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream the cream cheese, Mayo, and Ranch dressing together until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, onions, green chilis, shredded cheese,
    and Ro-tel tomatoes. Mix well. Salt and pepper to your taste.
  3. Spread onto the flour tortillas, sprinkle on some shredded lettuce, and roll up.
    Cut in half. -OR- Spoon into a tortilla, top with lettuce, and fold over like a
    taco.
